This gentle, feel-good fitness class is designed especially for postnatal mums โ helping you reconnect with your core, build strength safely, and enjoy some much-needed movement in a relaxed, supportive space. And yes, your baby comes with you!
Youโll work through low-impact strength, core, and mobility exercises at your own pace, while baby relaxes beside you on a play mat. No pressure, no expectations โ just time to focus on your wellbeing while staying close to your little one.
This class is suitable for all levels, especially for those returning to fitness after birth. We recommend that you wait until at least 8 weeks postpartum and have received clearance from your GP before attending.
