This gentle, feel-good fitness class is designed especially for postnatal mums โ€” helping you reconnect with your core, build strength safely, and enjoy some much-needed movement in a relaxed, supportive space. And yes, your baby comes with you!

Youโ€™ll work through low-impact strength, core, and mobility exercises at your own pace, while baby relaxes beside you on a play mat. No pressure, no expectations โ€” just time to focus on your wellbeing while staying close to your little one.

  • ๐Ÿงธ Mat provided โ€” just bring a blanket or two and a few toys for baby

This class is suitable for all levels, especially for those returning to fitness after birth. We recommend that you wait until at least 8 weeks postpartum and have received clearance from your GP before attending.
