From rugby pitches in West Wales to Olympic weightlifting platforms and lifeguard towers on the beach, I’ve spent most of my life in motion. Now in my 50s, I bring decades of experience (and a whole lot of enthusiasm) to every class and session I lead.
Fitness for me has always been about more than just reps and routines — it’s about building strength that supports you in everyday life, moving with purpose, and having fun while you’re at it.
