My fitness journey began back in 2007, when I was showing up to classes at my local gym just like everyone else — a full-time cabin crew member with easyJet, squeezing in workouts between flights. I quickly fell in love with the energy, the buzz, the community. Before I knew it, I’d swapped jet lag for jumping jacks and was teaching over 20 classes a week!
Since then, it’s been an incredible ride. I’ve become a qualified PT, managed gyms, and even stepped on stage as a natural bodybuilder (something I never imagined when I first laced up my trainers).
